Golf Fitness Assessment
For golfers looking to move better, play better, and feel better. I use a movement screen to create a customized strength and mobility routine to keep you healthy, strong, and playing your best golf.
After your movement screen, we will use a golf simulator to benchmark your ball speed, club speed, and carry distance.
After performing your customized routine for 4-6 weeks, return for a new assessment and see if benchmarks have improved

Have a small group looking to work out together? I train youth teams AND small friend groups. We can build a schedule that fits your busy lifestyle.

A former Division 1 baseball player, I deliver the kind of workouts, data, and feedback I wish had been available when I was playing.
